I was born in former Yugoslavia, 1963, now of Italian
nationality, I live in UK since 2009.
Naturalistic vegetarian since 1982.
From sall I didn't like meats, but definitamente
only accepted the idea of natural food when I came
Hare Krishna's student) in London(UK), 1989.
I worked as aiding cutting a lot of green vegetable,
kneading bread, rolling samosas, etc. in the local
restaurant, Govinda´s, located in Soho Street
in the center of London.
Inspired in the spiritual philosophy, I traveled
to India, 1990, 1992 and 1994, relishing Hindu delights.
Actually work with feeding natural lactovegetarian
with the strong tendencas vegan. I don't use garlic
and onion(to reduce passion).
Frying is done in sunflower oil. Sugar is decreased,
and use only Organic and Brown.
Follow beginnings of the balanced feeding of Ayurveda
Medicine and Traditional Chinese, Taoist, Feng Shui
and Yin Yang.
I produce foods vegan commercially, without dairy
products: sweets(cookies) and wholewheat bread with
fibres(salty and sweet).
